Habeeb Khan was filmed making the death threat at the height of this summer's civil unrest and racial tensions, BirminghamLive reports.
The video of the 49-year-old dad, who has previously committed race-related crimes, went viral on social media, where it was viewed more than one million times.
After being arrested, he also caused mayhem at a hospital, where he was abusive and used a homophobic slur to insult a police officer.
