Three young children who were 'abducted' by their father three months ago have been taken to Libya, a High Court judge has said.

Khalid Aljehani, nine, Aasiyah, seven, and Maimunha, four were 'wrongly removed from the care of their mother Dawn Daley by their Libyan father, Fares Aljehani' Mr Justice Peel said.

Ms Daley, 44, last saw her children when Mr Aljehani came to pick them up from their home in Wythenshawe on July 30. The dad said he was taking them on a holiday to North Yorkshire, however the youngsters were reported missing to police a week later on August 10 when they never returned home.

Despite desperate pleas from Ms Daley and her family in Manchester, the children have now not been seen in over three months, Manchester Evening News reports.
