deadline.comFollowing her whirlwind award season where she won every award she was up for, Da’Vine Joy Randolph completed the sweep as she took home Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in The Holdovers.
The historic night was capped off by her being presented the Oscar by past winners Mary Steenburgen, Lupita Nyong’o, Jamie Lee Curtis, Regina King and Rita Moreno.
Nyong’o was the reciepient who introduced Randolph’s nomination and brought her to tears as she touched on how she wore her grandmother’s glasses during her performance.
