Curtis Pritchard breaks silence on Maura Higgins split that left him ‘hurt’

Love Island fans were left shocked when Maura Higgins announced that her relationship with Curtis Pritchard was over. The Longford lady spilled the details of their split last month, but the dancer has decided to remain tight-lipped.

Until now… The former Dancing with the Stars pro revealed that the split has left him ‘hurt’ as the couple were together for seven months after sparks flew in the Love Island villa.

He confirmed that the couple ended things over the phone in March and since making the decision to split, Curtis revealed that he hasn’t spoken to Maura.

Speaking to The Sun, he admitted that he was ‘shocked’ to see she had confirmed their split just hours after it had happened. ‘I wasn’t ready for everyone to know we had split up —
