The pair had been close friends after meeting on Love Island last year. Now the professional dancer let it be known that he was not happy with the situation as he branded her a ‘backstabber’ and said that she ‘betrayed’ him.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: ‘I feel betrayed by them both — two people I was very close to.’ Curtis explained that he and Chris were close in the villa and he supported the newcomer, even after the funnyman confessed that he fancied Maura.
