Cuba Gooding Jr Has Plead Guilty to Forcible Touching Without Consent

Click inside to read more about Cuba’s court case… Following his trial, Cuba plead guilty to one count of forcibly touching, for an incident that happened in 2018 when he kissed her at a New York City rooftop bar.
He admitted that he “kissed the waitress on her lips” inside the LAVO New York restaurant and nightclub without consent. In the plea deal, Cuba will serve no no jail time, but will be required to attend six months of counseling.
Then, he can instead plead guilty to harassment at a lower level than misdemeanor. “I apologize for ever making anybody feel inappropriately touched,” he shared in a statement in the courtroom, via The Times. Cuba had turned himself into authorities in 2019 following the allegations.
In her accusations, the woman stated that Cuba was “highly intoxicated” at the time of the incident and groped her breasts at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Manhattan.
