A creepy businessman broke into a woman's house and performed a sex act with underwear he found while rifling through her drawers.

Ashley Watling, who had run a successful business before losing much of his money on cryptocurrency, had a key cut and let himself into his victim's home twice.The second time, on June 15 last year, the 44-year-old was caught by the woman and made excuses as to why he was there.

The suspicious woman investigated and found that some of her underwear had been spoiled. She later secretly recorded him admitting what he had done, StokeOnTrentLive reports.Ekwall Tiwana, prosecuting, told Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court that the victim and her husband were long-term friends of Watling.

On the day of the offence, she returned from the school run at 9am to find him standing on her stairs.He claimed he had dropped a jumper off and wanted to use the toilet.
