Craig Levein to lead their charge back from the Highland League. Just two weeks after dropping out of the professional set-up the Angus club announced the 56-year-old had joined as a full-time advisor to the board.

Levein, who was sacked by Hearts 18 months ago, is now set to lead Brechin ’s rebuild along with interim chairman Kevin Mackie.
