Jonathan Majors‘ accuser was granted a full temporary order of protection before they head to court over an alleged assault that took place last month in New York City. Jonathan was arrested on March 25 after being accused of assault.
His alleged victim received treatment in the hospital. The actor was charged for assault the next week. He is due to head to court on May 9 where he will address the charges.
In the leadup, the court is taking steps to protect his alleged victim. Read more about the latest with Jonathan Majors… “Today a judge granted a Full Temporary Order of Protection for the victim, per the People’s request and with the consent of defense counsel. (At the time of arraignment, a Limited Temporary Order of Protection was granted.),” the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told Variety.
According to the New York Courts, a temporary order of protection goes into effect the moment it is granted but expires once you head into court.
