A couple with a newborn baby have been left homeless after the dream house they spent years saving for turned out to be full of rot.

Andrew and Charlotte Symes had finally managed to buy a two-bed terrace in Barry a couple of years ago. They thought it was the perfect time and place to start a family, but their dreams were soon crushed when they discovered it had a bad leak while replacing their shower with a bath, reports Wales Online.
