A couple were left devastated after being refused a refund following their 'disaster' post-lockdown holiday. Tracee Giddings, 48, and Lee Giddings, 41, had booked a five-night stay at the OYO Belvedere Hotel, Great Yarmouth from July 13-18.
They said they were looking forward to a period of relaxation after the stress brought about by the COVID-19 outbreak. But their trip turned into a nightmare when they claim the hotel windows were smashed, furniture was tatty and there were no coronavirus safety measures, reports Cambridgeshire Live.
