Councillor Joanne Harding has represented Urmston on Trafford council for almost 11 years. She says that recently, the tone of interactions she has had with the public has changed.
Coun Harding says is determined to put a stop to the harassment and encourage women who have had similar experiences to come forward, report it and get support.
