Coronation Street actor Colson Smith is rumoured to be one of the famous faces going into the Celebrity Big Brother house on Monday evening as the reality show makes its highly anticipated return after six years.
The 25-year-old, who has played character Craig Tinker in the ITV soap since 2011, is looking unrecognisable these days after undergoing a 10 stone weight loss transformation.Colson's health journey began when he found a new passion in running and he realised how he could change his life through his new found hobby.The actor started prioritising himself during the first Covid19 lockdown and would regularly share updates of his progress on social media.He revealed how he underwent both major lifestyle changes as well as following a strict diet plan which was made up to him by his life coach Rob Brennan.The Corrie star previously told Lorraine Kelly: "We worked through everything I could do to make it as easy as possible."So I have my breakfast and lunches delivered, and they’re still being delivered now, which means cooking I don't have to think about, I can just eat."The 25-year-old previously admitted that he had been "self harming" himself with food and that it was likely he had a binge eating disorder.In terms of movement, Colson said he initially started going to Ultimate Performance Fitness in Manchester where he practiced rowing and weight training before he decided to focus on morning runs as his main form of exercise.He said: "In lockdown, I put myself first over everything.
