Corrie Spoilers: Festive tears forecast as Peter receives devastating news

As if the whole Yasmeen prison saga wasn’t enough, Corrie is setting us up with another tear-jerking Christmas storyline. As part of its anniversary celebrations, producers promised that 2020 would end with a bang on the street with a series of gripping storylines and they did not lie.

The latest is a heartbreaker. It’s been revealed that Peter Barlow will find out that he is dying of liver failure right before Christmas and in the worst possible circumstances.

Peter had previously battled an addiction to alcohol and couldn’t resist hitting the bottle again after finding out that Carla had cheated on him with his nephew Adam.
