She took to her Instagram stories yesterday to share a photo of Lewis hugging their adorable two-month-old son Carter Ray, as well as her daughter Sienna-Rae, six, who she shares with her ex-husband and fellow Corrie star Alan Halsall.
Lucy-Jo call the trio her "world" in the adorable post, before sharing a string of snaps of all the presents she'd received.
