The shamed soap star, 37, was fired from the soap in 2017 after he sexually assaulted two women in a Manchester bar, and his character is set to return to the cobbles next week - with actor Gareth Pierce playing the part.
And ahead of Todd's return, bosses of the ITV soap have made sure there will be no sightings of former actor Bruno on set by replacing all the old snaps of Todd with images of Gareth.
With the help of photo editing software, the set team have been able to superimpose Gareth's childhood images onto photos of character Todd and his on-screen brother Ryan Thomas.
