Coronation Street fans all said the same thing after actor Jacob Roberts shared an update on his personal life and opened up about a "terrible" experience.The soap star, who portrays Kit Green in the ITV soap, took to Instagram to share a touching post about his beloved pet dog Bugsy, who is a rescue dog.
Jacob, 34, who made his debut on the cobbles earlier this year, shared a carousel of photographs and videos of him and Bugsy, along with a lengthy caption about the importance of rescuing dogs.
He also got candid about the reality of the taking on a rescue dog, admitting he found things tough to begin with. "One year spent with Bugsy!" Jacob told his followers on Instagram. "Now… He chewed up my sofa, his recall was terrible so I was out for hours with him and every pair of socks I own have holes in, but I wouldn’t change for the world."The actor continued: "Rescues are a tough work and require a lot of patience.
In this year he’s come on leaps and bounds and all of them problems have gone away. He’s super confident now and as playful as ever.
