Coronavirus 'set to postpone Katy Perry's wedding but she has another plan'

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are hoping to beat the coronavirus crisis and tie the knot this year, though their plans may be disrupted by the pandemic.

The 35-year-old singer announced her pregnancy earlier this month and she was hoping to wed 43-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom in Japan but the Covid-19 lockdown has meant that they have had to postpone their dream day.

The couple, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019, is now looking at a private function which could be bereft of guests as coronavirus brings travelling to a standstill.

Speaking to Hollywood Life, an insider said about their big day: “Katy doesn’t want to postpone her wedding, but it’s something that is looking more and more likely by the day." Kat
