Residents at a Kilwinning nursing home are sending messages to their loved ones via social media as they shield from the coronavirus outbreak.Staff at Buckreddan Care Centre have been helping residents put pen to paper to reassure worried relatives they're safe and well after visits were restricted over fears of spreading the virus.And thanks to the power of Facebook, pictures of pensioners with their hand-written messages are being shared online.Resident William Whyte is pictured holding a card saying: "Dear Esther, I'm looking good, hope you are too sweet heart.
