Record-breaking horse racing trainer Mark Johnston has tested positive for coronavirus. The 60-year-old, who became the most successful British Flat trainer of all time in 2018, found out he has the virus earlier this week.
He told how he came down with symptoms similar to flu and was self-isolating at home. "I didn't really want any publicity because I didn't want to make a meal of it," Johnston told horseracingplanet.com. "I've been isolated since last Tuesday but other people are a lot worse off than I am; other people have bigger problems so you don't want to blow it up.
