Coronavirus: Loose Women axes live studio audience over pandemic fears

The Loose Women panel will not be joined by a live studio audience from today. It will be the first time that the ITV debate show has decided to air without fans present.

It is understood that the decision has been made as coronavirus continues to spread around the world. The news came from the ticket site SRO Audiences - who usually provide tickets to audience members wanting to get on the show.

A statement on their website read: "We do not know when audiences will return to the show. "But the dates on which the show will take place are still on the website and you may add yourself to the waiting list so that, if audiences are admitted back to the show on that date, we can contact you to let you know."
