Coronavirus: Alex Jones presents The One Show alone while Matt Baker self-isolates

Alex Jones was forced to present The One Show alone tonight while Matt Baker self-isolates. At the start of tonight's show, which was pushed back to 7.15pm because of a BBC news bulletin, Alex announced that Matt was working from home like many in the UK.

Gutted Alex had more bad news as she explained the table was missing after being broken by Paddy McGuinness last week. The One Show studio looked very bare as Alex sat alone on her green sofa, but she joined by comedian Russell Kane, who wiped his coffee mug with a anti-bacterial wipe.
