Max Turner (Paddy Bever) pays Lauren's imprisoned dad, Reece, a visit and reveals that Roy has been wrongly accused of Lauren’s murder.
Max explains that Roy had nothing to do with Lauren’s disappearance and that all he did was clean the flat. However, it seems Max’s words have fallen on deaf ears as in the café, Roy finds himself alone with two men who have come especially to pay him a visit.
As they lock the door, Roy realises he could be in trouble. Later, Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher), Carla Connor (Alison King), Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll), Max, Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman), Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) and Roy join together for Lauren’s vigil in the precinct.
