Dee-Dee Bailey confesses to murder in next week's Coronation Street as the truth about Joel Deering's death unravels. Weatherfield's 'biggest-ever' whodunnit has been underway ever since the solicitor went missing and his body was found.

DC Kit Green has been leading the case into what really happened to Joel on the night of September 27, with DS Lisa Swain among the suspects after she was taken off the case due to her daughter Betsy's involvement with the dodgy legal expert.

Picking up the case next week, Kit reveals to Lisa that they found an unsent message on her phone suggesting she wanted Joel dead and Kit demands to know where she was on the night of Joel’s murder.
