Get Me Out Of Here! as the actor is currently “in talks” to join the next group of willing stars. ITV bosses are said to be “over the moon” that Corrie favourite Alan, 40, might be heading down under for the 2023 series.
Alan first joined the Corrie cobbles in 1998 as Tyrone and went on to marry his childhood sweetheart, and fellow Corrie fav, Fiz.
A source revealed to The Sun that the actor is one of the “most loved characters” so there would be a “ready-made fan base” for Alan. “Alan is a top lad with bags of personality so ITV are over the moon he's in talks to join their 2023 cast," the source told the publication.
