Coronation Street's Stephen 'returns' to haunt Jenny Connor as she confesses

As viewers of the ITV soap know, serial killer Stephen Reid held Jenny and his own niece Sarah Barlow hostage in the beloved pub before he was mowed down and killed by Peter Barlow in shock scenes aired in October.
But the landlady later had her deadly, late ex-partner to thank for getting the Rovers back after Daisy located the money he had stolen from Underworld and used it to buy the pub back Next week, as Daisy climbs out of Tim Metcalfe's taxi with her shopping bags, Bethany reckons she must have spent a fortune but Daisy snaps that it’s all from the charity shops in Alderley Edge.
In the Rovers, an intrigued Bethany Platt overhears Jenny tearing a strip off Daisy for spending so much money on her shopping spree and points out that they need to keep a low profile money-wise.
