Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon has asked for fans' help over her on-screen son. The actress took to social media as it was revealed that her co-star Charlie Wrenshall had been nominated for an award.
They have both been part of a hard-hitting storyline in recent months, based around Charlie's character Liam Connor's bullying hell.
As viewers of the ITV soap know, the teen was cruelly tormented at the hands of Weatherfield High bully Mason Radcliffe. He was seen being subject to intense bullying by Mason and his group of pals, including neighbour and friend Dylan Wilson, with Mason even pulling a knife on Liam during one of his cruel bullying sessions. While justice has somewhat prevailed with Mason told in court that he would have to face a custodial sentence as he had been convicted of possessing a knife before, Liam's suffering has continued and he recently tried to self-medicate his panic attacks by taking pills belonging to Paul Foreman.
