Coronation Street's Sair Khan melts fans' hearts with update on 'our boy' months after giving birth

Coronation Street star Sair Khan has melted her fans' hearts as she shared a fresh update on life as a first-time mum. The actress announced she was pregnant back in December with partner Nathan Chilton.

She kept much of her pregnancy out of the spotlight and as her exit scenes as Alya Nazier aired on-screen in the ITV soap, the new mum confirmed her son's arrival in early May.

Sair took to Instagram to share the wonderful news that her son had been born by sharing a trio of professional birth photos of her new arrival and her partner holding their bundle of joy and wrote a lengthy caption detailing the birth and her experiences of motherhood so far. The couple were seen taking their little bundle of joy on a trip to the beach in the sunshine and also enjoying some time in the countryside. "Making sweet memories with our boy," Sair told her fans and followers. "First Tractor ride & first precious footsteps on the beach." Former Emmerdale star Fiona Wade was among first to respond, writing: "So beautiful." Former Corrie co-star Bhavna Limbachia also shared: "This is beautiful."
