msn.comCelebrity MasterChef. The former Coronation Street actress is set to join the likes of Katie Price and Joe Swash in the kitchen.
Melissa, 31, who was born without a right forearm and hand, found fame on the ITV soap in 2017 as Imogen Pascoe and went on to play Hannah Taylor in BBC hit drama Life in August last year.
She left Coronation Street in 2019 after her character’s on-off relationship with Kate Connor broke down for good. According to The Sun, an insider said: "Melissa is a novice in the kitchen but can’t wait to get started on the show. "She’s admitted that while she’s nervous and starting the competition she’s planning on giving it her all and will embrace every challenge thrown at her.
