Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has praised her 'biggest inspiration' as she spoke of a sad family loss. The actress spent the weekend supporting her cousin as she put in an epic effort and ran the London Marathon.

Lucy, known for playing Bethany Platt in the ITV soap, was on the sidelines cheering Liv Greg on having created banners to give her a boost through the 26.2-mile journey through the capital with Lucy's son Sonny Jude, one, also joining the support squad on the day.

Sharing pictures from the big day on Instagram, the 28-year-old declared: "LIV GREG APPRECIATION POST." She continued: "This weekend, we got to see our @livgregs run her THIRD marathon in memory of Aunty Ann to raise money for @macmillancancer. She emotionally added: "Liv Greg, you’re my biggest inspiration and i know that wherever she is, Aunty Ann will be so proud of you.
