Coronation Street fans think they've figured out what really happened to Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) - and they're sure she's 'not dead'.

There's been a lot of chatter from the characters on Coronation Street and viewers at home about what could have happened to Lauren with both Roy Cropper (David Neilson) and Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) under suspicion for Lauren's 'murder'.

In Monday's episode of the show, blood was found in Lauren's flat, leading to fears that she might be dead. But some fans believe she's still alive, and her disappearance has more to do with her own actions than anything else - with some viewers convinced that she managed to escape whoever was after her.

Lauren has a troubled past, with her dad, Reece Bolton (Scott Anson) being the leader of a far-right terrorist group. Even though he's now in prison, Lauren has been struggling to pay her bills and turned to O-Vidz to help her earn some money.
