The actor ditched Weatherfield for more exotic climes as he recently headed off on what appears to be a trip of a lifetime with his girlfriend Hanni Treweek.
Earlier this month, Jack, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, was seen having swapped the cobbles for a safari trip in Tanzania alongside Hanni and was regularly updating his fans and followers with the magnificent animals they had spotted along the way.
In one post on Instagram, shared with his 395,000 followers, Jack compiled a number of astonishing clips of the animals, from lions to warthogs and quipped: "Disney showed up," before adding the classic track from Disney's the Lion King, Hakuna Matata.
