Geoff Metcalfe was feared dead after his blood was found on tonight's Coronation Street. Terrified Yasmeen Nazir finally stood up to her snarling husband and insisted she was leaving after admitting she felt scared.

But the twisted pensioner told his wife he was considering suicide in another sick twist before a gruesome discovery. Yasmeen fled to see Alya to reveal she was coming to her grandson's wedding, but was horrified to see 42 text messages from her desperate husband.
