Corrie fans were in tears over a sad goodbye to one of the street's most-loved characters. Viewers have been reeling from the news that the legendary Ken Barlow was planning to move away from Weatherfield to Still Waters retirement complex.
They were distraught to realise that not only is Ken going, he's leaving behind his adorable little pooch Eccles. In moving scenes Ken, played by William Roache, had a quiet moment to say goodbye to the Border Terrier while reflecting on their time together.
