Letby, 33, will spend the rest of her life behind bars after being convicted of murdering seven newborn babies and attempting to kill six more at the Countess of Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.
The evil killer was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on Monday and was handed a whole life order, which means she has no chance of parole.
A behind-the-scenes glimpse into the six-year inquiry - called Operation Hummingbird - has now been released by Cheshire Police on their YouTube channel, the Mirror reports.
