Cops are probing an attempted dog napping in Glasgow yesterday afternoon.Officers from Police Scotland were made aware of an incident at Snuff Mill Bridge in the city at around 2.50pm on Wednesday.A post widely circulated on social media said a young girl walking a Labrador was targeted by a group of men but managed to run home.It it thought four men in their twenties worked together to try and steal the pooch at the park entrance.They were said to be wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.The young woman and her dog were not injured but have been left shaken by the attempted dog napping.A Facebook post put up after the incident urged people to keep their dogs safe.It said: "About 2.40pm today (Wednesday) 3/4 males working.
