Cops are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in his home in Lanarkshire.The 39-year-old victim arrived home from work at around 12.50am on Wednesday, May 13 when two armed suspects forced entry to his property and demanded money.
There was a struggle before the men ran off empty handed following the incident in Bellshill. The victim did not require medical attention.
One of the suspects is described as being around 5ft 9in in height and the second as 5ft 11in. Both were wearing dark clothing and a balaclava.
