New York Post revealed that construction on the Miami mansion that Bündchen, 42, and Brady, 45, was halted because of Hurricane Ian.
The two had aimed to build a forever home in Miami's Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children. The total cost of the house is set to be near $30 million, as they paid $17 million for the land and an additional $10.
12 million in construction costs for the custom mansion, according to the Post. The area is dubbed 'Billionaire's Bunker' because of the sheer number of celebrities and high-rollers in the vicinity, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
Brady and Bündchen are rumored to be assessing how they would divide their assets, including their property portfolio. But the mansion seems to be tailor-made for the two, and includes an organic garden, a pickleball court, yoga terrace, a prep kitchen, main kitchen and outdoor kitchen.
