Concerns growing for missing 61-year-old Scot as urgent search launched

disappeared around 1.40pm on Thursday, June 24. Cops say the 61-year-old was last seen near to the city's Barrhead Road and have released a description in a bid to track him down.

He is described as 5ft 7ins, with grey hair and of slim build and was last seen wearing a dark blue coloured hooded zip up jacket, light coloured trousers and white trainers.Police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare and have launched an urgent appeal to find him.

Inspector Gary Montgomerie said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Joseph’s welfare and I would ask anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to get in touch. “If you can help please call us on 101, quoting incident number 1641 of Thursday, 24 June, 2021.” . .
