The Rutherglen Community Safety Awareness team will be holding their final event of the year later this month.As well as providing practical information on subjects such as home fire safety, the team will be giving away some free goodies at Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre on Tuesday, November 26 between 10am and 1pm.Organiser Barry Cathie started up the community safety team to try and combat antisocial behaviour and to prevent the elderly and vulnerable being targeted by scammers and fraudsters.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
