Olympic world record holder Colin Jackson confessed Dancing on Ice was the most challenging thing he's ever done. He has won an Olympic silver medal, become a world champion twice and remains the 60m hurdles world record holder.
But the athlete, 53, had no qualms admitting it was skating for Dancing on Ice that has proved to be the hardest thing he's had to master in his impressive sporting career.
