She appeared on series eight of the TLC reality TV show back in March, during which she revealed she weighed 643lbs (45.9 stone).
On the show she confessed she had overeaten all her life to cope with trauma and wanted to lose weight for the sake of her daughters.
Shortly before she appeared on the show she suffered a heart attack and the loss of her fiancé in a car accident. Coliesa decided to get surgery to aid her weight loss.
