Coleen Rooney has opened up on the toll that the Wagatha Christie court case took on her marriage with Wayne Rooney. In October 2019, Coleen accused Rebekah Vardy of leaking stories about her to the press about her and went on to win a High Court legal battle last year after she was sued for libel.
In her first tell-all interview since the explosive court case, Coleen has opened up about how she and Wayne coped during the stressful time.
Coleen and Wayne were high-school sweethearts as they started dating at 16 before tying the knot in 2008. The couple share four sons - Kai, 13, Klay, 10, Kit, seven, and Cass, five.Speaking about the trial to Vogue, Coleen acknowledged that it "took a toll" on her marriage. "There were certain moments where we did have disagreements.
Not over the case, but [Wayne] would get annoyed with me because I was quite short-tempered," Coleen said."I didn’t have time for him.
