thesun.co.ukCOLEEN Rooney has won the latest bout in the Wagatha Christie battle with Rebekah Vardy. In a new ruling today Becky, 39, has been ordered to pay Coleen, 35, a five figure sum in costs.
The next court date has been set for September. In a statement, Coleen’s representative told The Sun: “Naturally Coleen and her legal team are pleased with the judge’s rulings and her award of costs.” The WAGS have been warring for over 18 months, after Coleen accused Becky of leaking stories about her life.
In recent weeks their court fight has intensified, with Becky last week winning her battle to remove a “list of issues” from Coleen’s defence.
