The 56-year-old Loose Woman star said that it happened after a recording of Top of the Pops but she didn't go as she thought he was a "dirty old man".
Speaking during an appearance on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, Coleen said she was not surprised when it emerged Savile was a prolific sex offender.
Savile was only exposed after his death in 2011, but Coleen said she felt there was something creepy about him when she met him on the BBC music show.
