Coleen and Wayne Rooney will need to maintain "regular communication" and hold onto an "emotional connection" in a bid to keep their marriage strong due to the long-distance between them, a relationship expert has warned.
The pair, who married back in 2008, are currently living around 200 miles apart from each other as he manages Plymouth Argyle in Devon, while she's remained in Cheshire with their four sons; Kai, 14, Klay, 11, Kit, eight and Cass, six.
While the 38-year-old did consider a move to Devon to be closer to Wayne, 39, she said it wouldn't have worked due to her sons' schedules and her own work commitments.
