Coldplay fans were venting their frustration at ticket site Ticketmaster after struggling to join the huge queues for online sales of the band's big UK gigs in 2025.
Many complained they were being asked to "authenticate accounts" but not getting codes through to do so, while others received error messages asking them to "check their internet connection".
Tickets went on general sale at 9am on Friday for the band's eagerly anticipated UK shows for 2025 at Hull's Craven Park and London's Wembley Stadium.
Fans are normally able to join an online queue on Ticketmaster just before the on sale time. But scores of fans reported seeing error messages on the Ticketmaster App saying: "Something went wrong.
