A move for Cody Gakpo in the January transfer window is reportedly not being ruled out after a sensational start to the season with PSV Eindhoven.
Erik ten Hag's side targeted Gakpo in the summer however the bid which was sent to PSV was deemed both too little and too late in the window for the Eredivisie side to accept it.
The Dutch club claimed that Gakpo had been adversely affected by United attempting to sign him so deep into August. However, if it had, then the 23-year-old did not allow his form to drop as a result.
Gakpo has scored a remarkable 13 goals in just 16 appearances and has also added ten assists to his tally in the process.
