With another bad loss last night in Baltimore Cal Quantrill may have made the decision a little less challenging. With Quantrill’s second bad outing in a row, he is making a strong case for himself to be sent down.
Especially with the way Tanner Bibee has been pitching. According to MLB.com, Quantrill allowed eight runs in 4 1/3rd innings of work.
