A comedy poster seeming to offer 'free penis enlargement therapy' has been spotted in Manchester city centre. Featured in the window of the former Debenhams store, on Market Street, the large white poster has captured the eye of shoppers.
It appears to take a jab at drivers of Jeep, Range Rover and 4x4 vehicles, offering them therapy to make their genitals bigger.
